Service Policies
Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. While we do send out text and email reminders as a courtesy, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. You can always call us to verify your appointment details.
If you no-show on the day of your appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card.
Please Note:Â Microblading and Permanent Makeup services require a non-refundable deposit of half the service price. These appointments may only be rescheduled once.
No-Show
A 50% service fee will be charged for no-show appointments. Additionally, if you no-show, you may required to prepay for any future appointments.
Tardiness
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call to let us know.
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled service. For example, if you have booked a 1 hour and 15 minute appointment and arrive 15 minutes late, you will receive the remaining hour of your service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide you with the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
New Clients
Appointments will be scheduled and saved when confirming with a credit card on file. If you are unable to give us a card on file, you may leave a deposit here at the salon. Otherwise, appointments without a card on file will be cancelled.
Children
Due to safety & liability considerations, we respectfully request that you leave your children at home while we spoil you here at Flutter and Wink.
Pregnant Women
Lash lifts, brow laminations, and teeth whitening services are not suitable for pregnant women. Please talk with your stylist about alternative options that may work for you.
Lash Fill Appointments
We recommend booking your fill appointment before you leave your current service, as our stylists’ schedules fill up quickly. This ensures you get the day and time that works best for you.
Please note, if you arrive with fewer than 25 lashes per eye, a full set will be required.
Lash Fills From a Different Salon
We charge an additional $25 fee for any foreign fill (lashes applied at a different salon). If we determine that the existing lashes are damaging your natural lashes, cannot be brushed through, or have clusters or glue chunks, we will recommend a removal and a new full set.
At Flutter and Wink, our main goal is to preserve the health of your natural lashes while providing beautiful extensions.
Series
All purchased series are non-refundable and subject to our cancellation and no-show fee. If you need to cancel or miss an appointment, you can choose to either pay 50% of the service fee or use one of your series sessions as payment.
Please inform us of your preferred payment method. If we do not receive a response by the end of the day, we will automatically deduct the session from your series.
