Policies

Cancellations

We require a 24 hour notice prior to cancelling an appointment. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Although we do send out text messages and emails to remind you about your upcoming appointment, please keep in mind that they are a courtesy and it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. You can always call to verify! However – if you no-show us on the day of your appointment then 50% of the service will be charged to your card. **Please Note: Microblading & Permanent Makeup services require a non-refundable deposit of half the service price. These appointments may only be rescheduled once.

No-Show

50% of service will be charged if you no-show us on the day of your appointment. You will then be required to prepay for future appointments if you no-show.

Tardiness

We understand things happen and sometimes being late is unavoidable. Clients who arrive late will only get the rest of their booked out service time. If you’re going to be late, please give us a call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, then we may have to reschedule. Example: If you book 1 hour and 15 minutes and you arrive 15 minutes late, we will only proceed with the hour time left which we originally had booked for.

New Clients

Appointments will be scheduled and saved when confirming with a credit card on file. If you are unable to give us a card on file, you may leave a deposit here at the salon. Otherwise, appointments without a card on file will be cancelled.

Children

Due to safety & liability considerations, we respectfully request that you leave your children at home while we spoil you here at Flutter and Wink.

Pregnant Women

Lash lifts, brow laminations, and teeth whitening services are not suitable for pregnant women. Please talk with your stylist about alternative options that may work for you.

Lash Fills from a different Salon

We charge a $25 extra fee on any foreign fill (lashes from a different salon). However – if the lashes are causing any damage to your natural lashes, if you can’t brush through them, or if there are any clusters or glue chunks we will recommend a removal and a full set. Our main goal at Flutter and Wink is to preserve the health of your natural lashes and ensure that you are able to maintain healthy lashes while getting extensions.

Series

Series that are purchased are non refundable and subject to the cancellation and no show fee – you will have the option to either pay 50% of the service or use one of your series as payment. Let us know how you’d like to process that payment, and if we don’t hear back by the end of the day we will just proceed with deducting from the series. We appreciate your understanding of this policy that helps to accomodate all clients, and ensure our stylists have a full schedule.
