Mikayla is a licensed Esthetician in both Oregon and Washington, and she started at Flutter and Wink back in 2019. She specializes in Textured Mega Volume lashes and she believes that the most important thing anyone can do to maintain their lash extensions is with proper cleaning techniques and products. Mikayla is also passionate about brows – she believes that they are one of the most important elements of the face, and she loves transforming them with the Brow Lamination treatment. When she’s not at Flutter and Wink, she enjoys spending time outside with her family.

When she’s not at work, you can find Hayley busy with one of her many hobbies – she enjoys thrifting, gardening, traveling in the summer for her husband’s fast pitch softball, hiking, trips to the coast, and spending time with her five kids. Hayley will be performing all laser treatments at Flutter and Wink as well as Diamond Glow facials, Jet Plasma, and Microneedling.
