Lindsay Terrill Founder and Visionary Behind Flutter and Wink
Lindsay Terrill’s journey in the beauty industry began in 2009, fresh out of beauty school and eager to make her mark as a hairstylist. Starting her career in a salon, she balanced hair styling with airbrush tanning. However, her true calling soon emerged as she delved into the world of aesthetic treatments. Facials, waxing, and laser treatments became her passion, highlighting her innate talent for the transformative power of beauty.
In 2011, Lindsay’s path took a defining turn when she discovered the art of eyelash extensions. The meticulous craftsmanship and immediate, stunning results captivated her, sparking a desire to specialize in creating breathtaking lash transformations. Building meaningful relationships with her clients and witnessing their joy with each full set of lashes fueled her ambition to make a significant impact in this field.
Flutter & Wink Takes Flight
While working in Portland’s Pearl District, Lindsay identified a market opportunity in Vancouver, WA. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she relocated her lash business there in 2014. Her clients followed, and word of her exceptional skills quickly spread. As business flourished, Lindsay founded Flutter and Wink, which swiftly became a celebrated name in the community. By 2016, the business had grown into a corporation, and in 2018, it expanded into a luxurious 2,000-square-foot storefront to meet increasing demand.
Lindsay’s vision extended beyond lash extensions. Her enduring passion for aesthetics and commitment to innovation led her to transform Flutter and Wink into a hybrid lash bar and spa. Today, Flutter and Wink stands as a premier luxury lash bar and spa, supported by a dedicated team of 12 professionals.
